Photo Estimate From Your Own Rates: Alice AI Office Hub Releases Vision 7, Its AI Estimator
Vision 7 turns the photos and videos from a job into an itemized draft estimate — every line priced from the business's own rates, and reviewed by the owner before a customer ever sees it.
WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — November 4, 2026 — Alice AI Office Hub today released Vision 7, the AI estimator inside the Alice office. Vision 7 builds a photo estimate from the pictures and walk-through video of a job — and prices every line from the business's own rate sheet, not from a national average.
The estimate is where jobs stall. A crew finishes a site visit with notes on the seat of the truck, the numbers get written up days later, and by then the customer has three other quotes and a neighbor's recommendation. The drafting is not the hard part of estimating — it is the slow part, and slow is what loses the job. Vision 7 takes the slow part: the owner photographs the job as he walks it, speaks his notes, and the draft is waiting when he gets back to the truck.
An estimate from a photo — and a quote from a video
Vision 7 works two ways. On site, the owner records the customer's requests, takes voice notes, and photographs the rooms, the damage and the materials; a walk-through video does the same job when a still photo cannot show the scope — a quote from a video, scoped line by line. Before a visit, the customer can send photos in, and the draft is ready before anyone drives across town. Owner-configured rates always win: every line prices from the business's own sheet. Where a business has no rate on file for a scoped service, the line is priced as an area-rate draft — labor for the area plus typical materials — and labeled as a draft on its face. Services scoped from one visit are priced as one job, never as stacked standalone jobs. Vision 7 is a field companion inside the AI office, keyed to each business's own services, and it works in English and Spanish at no extra charge.
"An estimate is a promise, so Vision 7 doesn't get to invent one. It drafts from the owner's own rates, it labels every area-rate line as a draft, and nothing reaches the customer until the owner reads it and signs off. Fast is good. Fast and honest is the product." — Madison Hoskins, Founder, Alice AI Office Hub and Capital 7 Logistics
What it costs, and what is not promised
Vision 7 is $50 per month — the same flat cap as every Alice agent — and any five agents bundle for $199 per month. It is one agent inside the AI office, not the office itself: Alice is an AI office for local service businesses — booking page, trained assistant, quote information from the business's own prices, and lead inbox, answering in English and Spanish included. Founding Members join at $49 per month, locked at that rate, ahead of the regular $97 Starter plan; Pro is $197 per month and White-label is $497 per month. Founding Annual is $490 per year, with an optional one-time Done-For-You Setup for $1,500. Founding membership carries the published lead guarantee: 10 qualified leads in the first 60 days, or your marketing is free — a qualified lead being a real person, with a name and a reachable phone or email, asking for a service the business sells. What is not promised is a price: Vision 7 drafts estimates, and the final price is always confirmed by the business before work begins. It never sends an estimate to a customer on its own.
Frequently asked questions
What is Vision 7?
Vision 7 is the AI estimator inside Alice AI Office Hub. It turns the photos and videos of a job — taken by the owner on site, or sent in by the customer — into an itemized draft estimate priced from the business's own rates, ready for the owner to review and edit.
How does a photo estimate work?
The owner walks the job with voice notes and photos, or the customer sends photos before the visit. Vision 7 scopes the work into itemized lines and prices each line from the owner's own rate sheet. Where a business has no rate on file for a scoped service, the line is labeled an area-rate draft, based on labor for the area plus typical materials — a draft, never a promise.
Does Vision 7 send estimates to customers by itself?
No. Vision 7 is a drafting aid for a human estimator. It never sends anything to a customer, never books anything, and its numbers are drafts the owner edits before saving. The final price is always confirmed by the business before work begins.
